Heres a gusset we put in. Its was originally a kit from timmby boy designs, with only two tubes, reinforcing that area, but we made a new piece for that area.

The Gusset`s look really Nice. Where else did you Gusset the Frame?

theres more on the sub frame, and the steering stem area is filled in on both sides. Hopefully everything holds up- i cant afford an aftermarket frame.

Where are all the weak points?? Where is everyone gusseting?? I need to know because I am about to strip down my frame and while I have it striped down I want to re-inforce it!! If you have pics those would help out alot!! :cool:

I know where most of the areas are on the 250r, but not on the 400ex. Someone here must know. Maybe on the front shock mounts, or the first pic of my front frame gusset.

Everybody and their gussets now!!! Well can someone draw a picture of the frame and show us all the main points to gusset. You think you should even do it if your only jumping 20 ft double/triplres and six feet in the air at most?

The upper shock mounts is a very common place, here is a pic of one of my gussetts.

OK I see where the front shock mounts and subframe need to be gusseted. What else need to be gussted. Please help ASAP. my frame is at the machine shop now

Foot pegs are another stop to beef it up. i don't have a pic of it but i herad from lot of people that is another palce to watch out for,
