Race wheels and tires

I have a set of wheels with reinforcing rings welded on both sides with a set of 18-9.5-8 turf tamers with 70% tread left on them, sorry i don't have any pics of them, but $50 takes them...honda bolt pattern, 3 of the holes on the one rin are slightly oblonged but nothing major
