I was wondering if anyone is running an Eichner edelbrock on a 416. I just bought one off of ebay, should be here soon!!! I have read that this carb might be a little big for a 416 since it is made for the 440's. Oh well, if it's too much then I'll just have to bore and maybe even stroke it. (sounds funny)

No, but give us a review on the carb. Ive had my eye on one for about a year.

I put one on my 416 raced with it once and it feels like the FCR 39 has more pull than the edlebrock. I hope to get a little more time with the carb and see if my feelings change.

A buddy of mine is using one on his stock bore bike. But he has a a hi comp piston, cam and porting. And has no problems with it being to big.

It should be fine for you and deffinatley have more power than you do with the stock carb.

I will definetly let you guys know how well it works when I finally do get it. I haven't messed with a carb since I re-jetted my stocker two years ago, so it might take a little while to get her dialed in.
