located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I was one click away from getting insurance from progressive two weeks before this happened. I didnt get it then because I couldnt find out for sure that it covered theft, found out that it did the other day

Damn dude that really sucks. I hope you find whoever stole it and you beat their ***(es)

I'd go around town and to the local riding places or tracks looking for it. I'd also stop by everyone's house that you know that knows you have it. I'll keep a lookout for it up here in NJ.

I have a slight suspicion of my other roommate. He's the one that got in at 5:30 that morning and is also the one that noticed it missing at 9 later that morning. He was my other roommmates old roommate before we all moved in together. The other one was my best friend in high school and I know he wouldnt do something like that. But the other guy, I dont know very well so there is my motive. He's also a weed head who lives the white trash lifestyle to the fullest. Anyways, even though I have the small feeling that he might have been in on it, what can I do?

Catch him in a dark ally with a bat in your hands....it will get him to talk. You have called the police right??

Well according to your avtar, cops suck so why would refer him to call the police?

MX ATV Racer 10, I have recovered more stolen quads based on hear say or owners reason to believe a certain person or party may have something dealings with a stolen quad.

Take a drive by the area, where your room mates family lives and see if it's in the area.

Report him as a possible suspect in the theft report, and follow up with the lead detective in the case. Do not confront you room-mate or give him any ideas that he's listed as a suspect.

His family lives in Bentonville Arkansas, but I figure if he was in on it, he had one of his buddies do it. Thats where another problem comes in since I dont know many of his friends. This guys 28 or 29 I believe and his daily routine is to go to work at the restaraunt he works at, get off work, hit the bar until 2 am, go somewhere and do more drinking and smoke weed until 4 or 5 am, come home, smoke a little more weed, go to bed, wake up three hours later and do it all over again. Another bad thing is that Ive told him most of what Ive done to get it back, like sending flyers to every yamaha dealership in the surrounding states and things like that. I guess its just something that happens when you have something stolen, you make up motives for everyone you know.... There was four dirtbikes and two other quads that I know of that are within a two mile radius of my house that were stolen on the same night, thats the main thing that has kept me from really suspecting him. I figure it was a group of people that make a living off of doing this and they followed me home from the races one weekend and scoped it out and waited until the time was right.
