service honda sucks

just got my frame from them andit is all mest up. the bumper mount is bent, the lower right sub frame mount is bent,and the round tubing the the engine sits on is total bent and a big ding in it. now i have to send it back and wait another 2 weeks for a new one.

That sucks! I had a pretty good experience with them but was only a few small items.

jst i just got a stock trx450r frame because my freind smashed it into a tree and bent the frame, shock a arms and so on.

me either. you get any pics of the damage? could it have been caused by UPS?

after lokking more closely i found out it had to be caused by fed ex but i to it tro my dads shop and straight every thing so its all go now. so service honda doesnt suck but fed ex does.

I bought a complete set of plastic and decals for an 89 250r from service honda and when i recieved them i got 1 white front fender and 1 red one , i was pissed, but they fixed the problem a week later

i've never had any problems with service honda or fed ex..its always been ups messing up my stuff.. whenever fed ex shipping is avaible, i will always go with them. jmo

Service Honda is the only place I will buy stock Honda parts.They have the best service and have never done me wrong nothing but good to say about them.

Protrax, I had the EXACT same thing happen to me with the one red fender when I ordered my white 250R plastic. They made it good though, I have orderd thousands of dollars of parts from them, usually with no problems.
