36mm lectron vrs. Stock

My brother jsut bought a quad with a 416 kit and it has a 36mm lectron carb. It seems to have pwoer but i figured it would have more. How does the lectron compare to the stock carb i am wondering if the quad is getting enough fuel. It has a k&n filter with removed lid. Full system HMF pipe and a Hot Cam stage 2. Just tell me what you think. Also it is stock compression.

i hear the lectrons make awesome power but the maintenance is more than others. with a stage 2 cam, carb and stock piston, he is probably lacking a decent amount of low end power. is that were it seems weak? it may not be jetted right either??

dude he has a 416kit how is that a stock piston?
