HELP! 400ex motor

well my 400ex motor started smoking and vibrates at the hight rpms i checked my motor mounts and frame and all that for cracks and breaks nothing my jetting is spot on and my plug is black frome the smoking

any insite before i take it apart?

when does it smoke and what color. how many hours/how old is it. we need more info.;)

it smokes when you get on it some or start going threw the gears were ever their is a load on it and it vibrates in just higher that mid range untill you shift gears then it will go away and its blueish whitish smoke
