What do I use to view a zip file that has already been downloaded?thanks

Winzip. Try going to www.download.com and search for it. Very easy to use.

scan it for a virus first. Netsky virus is very prevalent the last few weeks and amongst other formats comes most often in a zip file like document.zip.

You can get it from there, or download.com. But make sure to scan it for viruses first;)
