300ex, 250x rev box same?

nope the 250x one lets it rev higher. i think its like 300 to 500 rpms more.

They are not interchangable. I tried and it blew a fuse.

it is defferent but it only lets it rev 100 rpms higher;)

I was looking into a used curtis sparks rev box, but I guess it won't work anyways.

Powroll says that the 250R ignition can be used on the 400EX. Says it will rev higher and faster ignition curve. Here is the link:

Thought I would point out an xr250r and 250r are not the same thing. I would imagine powroll has done some homework before putting something like that on their web site. Gotta be some truth to it.
