Changing Oil

How often is everyone changing the engine oil and the tranny oil???

I change the crank side after every couple rides. Theres not much oil in there, Its not going to last as long as 400ex's. Usually after a weekend at the dunes it will get changed. Every two times at the track it will get changed.

The gear oil i change half as often.
