with a 416 10.8:1 compression ross piston kit, stage 2 hotcam, and port-n-polish with valve job, will the stock carb keep up.. along with the other items listed below? im not looking to spend very much money. ive heard people say that the stocker will keep up with the 416 with cam but i havent heard yet with a port and polish job. they would open up the exhaust ports larger.
