If you have a motor or bottom end for sale:

**Drain all fluids

**Pack securely in rubbermade container and surround motor with newspaper or packing peanuts

I have bought several motors in the last few months and have been astonished by the way some have been shipped. Dont even try to put 100 pounds in a lightweight cardboard box and expect it to go 700 miles handled by 5 ppl. I had one head where the fins were broken off from poor packing. Thanks and your next buyer will appreciate it too!

I normall use 2 containers, with cardboard between them for cushion factor. I have had 1 motor come back (undamaged) but the plastic tubs were broken.
Also, allow yourself extra for shipping, UPS will charge a $5.00 extra fee for using the tubs.

Don`t forget to zip tie the lid on.
Dill holes and zip tie.
You can also wrap engine in plastic and use the expandable foam
spray.
Works great:D

Another good method is to take an old milk crate and pack the motor into that. Has handles for carrying etc.
