thinking about getting a 416kit for my ex

i have an 04 400ex and i want to make it faster. i have heard that the 416 kits are nice. i only ride dunes and i want somthing to get me up the hills quicker. who makes good 416 kits and, and what does it involve? do i need to ship my head out to be board? how much does a kit like this run? links would be apreciated!!!
