i need some help

hey everyone, i was jetting my 300ex and there is this whitish/clear box to the side of it, bolted on to the frame. there is a tube out of the back connecting to the air boot and a tube out the front connectioing to the engine. i may sound like an idiot for not knowing this...but what the heck it this thing?????

yea.. its a breather. It cant be bad bc i have one too:)

yes its a crankcase breather, it releases the pressure from the crankcase and sends the air pressure into the air intake boot and boosts the intake of air.
