That's what I'm saying!! I never got tires and rims for easter!! Oh well. I got $40 and some candy. And teamCRC.. I agree, easter ain't about presents but they are nice to get! lol

There's a kid at our church that has a mowhawk. Parents make to big of a deal out of stuff sometimes. What would your dad think if you wouldn't go out to dinner with him because if his haircut.

Depends on the situation.
There are a lot of narrow minded people in the world. Maybe his parents are in a situation where his dads job promotions depends on his family looking correct to the boss. Its like that at many companys. I know its not right, but thats how it is in the real world.
Maybe his parents had it set up to get together with family later that day for pics. Maybe dads insecure. Many varibles here. What works for one family may not work for another.

you're right it may be alot of things. But it said in the post that they didn't go to church because of it. God doesn't care how you look but does care how you conduct yourself.

BTW i live in the real world. 2 full time jobs and a part time job not bad for a 25 year old. 77 hours a week sometimes more I've had 2 full days off since christmas. Once i have myself set up financially then the woman and I will consider having kids. If my boss has a problem with my family he will get told off and ole' dad will go find another job.
