They close when either things have been said/done that were innapropirate and the mod's didn't think that people didn't need to add to it for the most part:)

I didnt close this thread, but will reply.
I try to stay neutral and I use the rules at the bottom of the page as my guideline if a thread needs closing or not.
To be honest, I dont care what goes on in the thread, as long as the rules are followed.
