Re-jetting

I'm new to the 4 wheeler world, and i had my quad re-jetted for winter by a dealer, but i would like to know how to re-jet myself.

Whats all in cluded when working on the carb? How do you know which jets to go with? Anything else i should know?

jetting is trial and error. after having the bike for a while and jetting time after time, you can get a pretty good idea with what jets to run. you will notice how your bike runs by changing jetting. it can be for the good or bad depending on how you jet it.
