let the air back out, spray some wd-40 around the rim and re inflate.

Do you have the valve stem out when you are putting air in it?

well 20 pounds wont seat it. look on the tire for the seating pressure..should be around 45

What do you mean "pops off the rim"? You mean the tire actually goes past the beading area of edge of the rim? If so, I'm thinking you've got a 9" tire on a 8" rim. If not, make sure the rim is good and clean, use extra soap and water and pump it up to 45# if you have to get it to do it... If you reach 45 and it's still not beaded, try bouncing the tire on the ground...

I agree it could be the wrong size tire.It could also be that the belt has been broken while trying to install but this is unlikley, unless you put some serious pressure on it with a pry bar to get it on the rim.

its not the wrong size tire, i had the stock ones mounted on these rims and they are the same size as stock and the other one went on the rim fine

try it again if it happens take a picture of it maybe that will explain to us whats happening alittle better. sounds like the tire is messed up to me like its not firm enough in one spot and it just folds out. ive had it happen before but not on atv tires

try to mount the tire that worked on the rim that didnt and the tire that didnt work on the rim that did it probably wont help you to get both mounted but at least that way you can tell if its the tire or the rim
