300ex leaking oil bad..help!

hey guys i was ridin hard at the track today and jumpin the 55ft finish line double and my friend pionted out how it was leaking oil bad and its at the bottom of the motor wuts wrong and how do i fix this??..help please!

stand the quad up and take a look. Could be a cracked case, could be a drain plug that fell out... could be about 10 other things.

hey guys i took a look at it and its leakin were the motor join in the middle betwene the top motor mount and the bottom ones..how do i fix this??:confused:

you may have a cracked case, my 93 cracked where you're talking about.

i think it is 2 but wut do i need to do or get to fix it to make it norml like it was and not leak oil?

you can replace the cases or have it welded. i had mine welded, but it still leaked, not as bad though. its kind of a high stress area because of the frame twist at the swingarm pivot.

my mechanic said i could have it welded if crack not to close to gasket..so will it hurt anything if i keep ridin it?
