NEED 350X motor!!!

I am in desparate need of a 350X motor....
the engine on my 300ex is all eff'd up and basically it would just be a better deal to put a 350x motor in it.

the motor needs to be complete, top and bottom, transmition, alternator, and starter, and no leaks or missing parts. and i would prefer it to have a carb and wire harness but i could do without them.

if you have a motor please tell me about it and i will make you a serious offer

I have a 1986 350x engine for sale. Comes with modified 400ex headpipe for the conversion, coil, voltage regulator, clutch brackets and cable, shifter, oil cooler, and maybe some other small parts. Runs good and strong, does NOT smoke. Things wrong with it: Bolt that the metal oil line goes into is stripped, small chip on the cooling fin, there is a small hole in the case from the chain coming off and hitting it. None of these effect performance, you would just have to get the stripped bolt hole fixed. Also, the rear motor mount is shaved down to fit in the 300ex frame. I am wanting $700 shipped.
