I've been looking everywhere for one in my area but either people dont want to sell them, or they do but their not listing them in the local newspaper's classifieds.

I live in New York. Anyone know of any? Or a place to look? Im gunna go look at cycletrader.com now.

Make sure you look in the classifieds on this site, there are 400's goin at good prices. Also check sites like bluetraxx , cannondaleriders , and z400central.

What year, color, mods etc are you looking for? I'll keep my eye out for you.

The color doesn't matter. At least a 2000. I'd like a stock one, so that I can mod it myself.

2000-4000. Thats acceptable isnt it?

Very, you can find a nice 400 for around $2800-$3500.

What kind of mods are they? Nerf Bars is the first thing I want to get.

Ive been lookin in the For sale section, alot have a pipe, tires, bars etc. Read through the first few pages in the For Sale section.

If you are looking for a "stock" 400...and you happen to come across one with lets say...A slip-on exaust, nerf bars...handle bars....tires and rims...pretty much just the basics, but no motor work, I would say consider buying it, as long as it is in good shape, and has not been raced. Remember to check it out, like look for cracks in the frame....and it has been thrashed. Just my $.02;)
