I had to go down one size on the main jet because the quad was running rich.I got everything back together and when i started the quad with the choke on it was idling extremely fast and with the choke off it was idling rough while making a popping sound through the carb. The main jet was the only thing that i replaced and the quad was idling fine before i switched.I tried turning the idle screw but it changed nothing.Anyone have any idea what i did wrong or any sugestions on how i can i fix it?

Check to see if the throttle cable is kinked or being smashed my something.

yep, make sure you have some slack in the throttle lever. if not, adjust it so you do.

I think you guys could be right.I can turn the handle bars all the way to the right and idle will increase and and turn them all the way to the left and the idle will decrease.I will try to adjust the throttle cable to see if that helps. Thanks for the help!:)
