brake question

hello my brakes havent been working so i thought maybe i needed pads or w\e and i checked the fluid and it was dead empty. can i us put sum in n everything will be good or do i have to get pads and disks or what? srry bouit the kinda long post:confused:

put more fluid in them and start bleeding
