400EX exhaust fit 300EX?

Im selling a megamax II silencer off my 400EX and some guy wants to know if it will fit his 95 300EX? It wont match up will it?

it would with a lot of fabrication....and I don't see the point in it. Tell him to get a pipe already made for a 300ex;)
