New Big Gun Rectifier

Has anyone tried the new big gun rectifier there is a article on them in this months issue of dirt wheels and are suppose to give you 9% HP gain on a stock 400. Only $130 and was wondering if anyone has one yet and if so is it any good or worth it and what about if it would be worth it for a modded quad.

That's the crappiest gains I've ever heard of. (Besides DG and Cobra exhaust but that goes without saying)
