I put the stock guard back on it. It is a full system.

How does it run with it on? You only put pipe on or filter kit also? Thanks

I have the stock filter on it with an outerwear over the filter. I only rode it around my house a few times, but it feels like it revs faster. I never got out of 2nd gear, but when it came up on the cam so did my front end. I will give it a better test on Thursday and will let you know how it does. Also are you able to see the pics?

There was some excess stuff on the pic URLs that might be keeping them from coming up for some people, hopefully this will work though...

No problem. You had it just about right but there was an extra .orig.jpg on the end of the URL. The pics didn't come up for me the first time I viewed the post, so I tried again and then one pic came up and the others didn't. So I checked the properties of the pic and saw the extra on the URL. Hopefully everyone will now be able to see them without any problems.

BTW, that HMF does look good, and so does the entire quad. Now if I could just hurry up and get enough money together to get my own 450R and HMF I'd be a happy camper:D

Thanks alot. there'r working now. I got lucky when I bought it. Every dealer around me had at least the first two bike sold, so I went to a dealer in Sullivan MO and they had none reserved yet. This was a week before the release date also.

what kinda handel bars are those?

kbass24emtp

They are the stock bars. I had to drill out the inside of the bars to mount the guards.

How much for the full HMF pipe with quiet core,if you don't mind me asking.

It was $526.56. The Quiet core was an additional $35,and the polished can was $20 over the reg price. Gave it a good running today and I love it.

I have the Ballance slip-on and its so great....torque in every gear...I raced it on Sunday with it 1-1/2 hours and was just amazing.....so much better than stock...I was dissapointed in the stock engine...now its great.

First weekend i've rode with Ballance Pro F/S and man its awsome. i don't have to shift as much and it was alot more responsive. a couple of my buddies that ride z400's and 400ex's rode it and were all amazed even a little freaked out by the power and handling
