There is a guy down the road a little ways from me that has a 1300cc street bike motor in a blaster frame. I was at my gf's house when he rode it by, and I ran out yelling at him to get him to stop. We talked for a little while, and I guess he got it off of e-bay for $900. Said he had put A LOT of work into it....and that is pretty much all he ever did to the stupid thing. Long story short.....Speedo on the quad said 120 in 3rd gear...car speedo next to him said 90-95:eek2: . He said he hasn't had the balls to go past 3rd gear yet b/c it vibirates so bad. If I ever see it again I will be sure to get some pictures...:D(BTW there were 6 gears...think about how fast it would go;) :eek: )

i think i've seen the vid before. Go karts are awsome tho I gotta take a racing one out on a track last year and it was A BLAST. I think it would get boring after a while but man it feels so cool racing around corners while it feels like the thing is gonna vibrate apart.

its downloading...3% on my wonderful 56gay.....my friend and i(hes a mechanical engineer) are building our own go kart outta some scrap metal(or something similiar, its pretty light)....i had a 6hp wooden framed go kart, my sister and dad built, but my friend(the engineer) was driving through a field and the engine went flying off(thats what you get when you put too much wear and tear on a wooden frame:p )
