Anybody know where to get Asterisk knee braces for less than the typical $549? So far, all I can find is $549 + free shipping. Anything better?

Go to your doctor and ask about these. Set up and appt and everything. You can get them to write you a prescription for them. I was going to do this, but found out that I didn't need a brace. And best thing yet, your insurance should cover it.

Ask about what? I assume you are refering to the CTI braces. I don't think you can get the Asterisk by prescription, but I don't know.

yes you can :)

basically go to your doc and show him/her the product, let them do a little research on it to see if it will actually help you.

as said before, insurance will cover it. i have a very nice set of EVS SX02 and WEB courtesy of my medical insurance :D

If you can hold out a little while, i am working on a possible deal with a local shop....the owner is currently going through all the paperwork to become a distributor. I can call him and ask him about the possibility of a group buy once everything goes through.

Ok. I'll geive him a call in the next week or two....I talked to him a couple of weeks ago, and he was still waiting for everyting to be set up. I will work out the details with him, and then get the OK from Harlen to get it going on here.

Ok, just a brief update....I got ahold of the shop owner, and he has been approved as a dealer. I talked to him about the price for site members, and he was able to do a little something for us. Before I post the info, I am gonna clear it with Harlen first. Stay tuned.
