Program to resize pictures

What is an easy to use program that I can resize pictures by using pixel sizes? Need something that will save in a lot of formats including gif, jpg, png, esp, etc. Anybody got a web adress I can download for free?

i am pretty sure the program imaging that comes with windows will allow you to save the pics in a different size using the pixel unit.

If you have Kazaa or something download Photoshop. You can resize pictures just as easilly on irfanview, but PS get's fun.

ifran was exactley what I needed. I have program like photoshop that I use but it won't resize pictures by the pixel size only inches. Thanks mofo the one you posted is already on my computer and does exactley what i needed.
