does any one know who makes clicker or on-the-fly adjustable lever for the 400ex besides Moose, and who makes some 18'' tires that will fit on 10'' rims that are used for mx.

lever: you can get a MSR
as for the tires you can get holeshots that are 18/? /10

you can get holeshot mx's 18/11/10, thats what i have on my banshee. they still have like 2 to 3 inches of sidewall, work really good. i ride mx and fmx

a 10 inch rim would be a super ruff ride... and u'd pop the bead alot...

If they are not beadlock or race ringed rims..... One big leap and you'll flat spot the hell out of them rims unless your running 30 psi in each tire..:huh

18's on 10 inch rims are not a problem in mx. they will corner and side slide better than a 9 or 8. my son has jumped large doubles and triples with no problems. The only real disadvantage is that the rims will dent easier if you crash into another quad and you dont have beads or race rings. yes the ride is a little rougher but good suspension takes care of it and handling is much better. I would not recomend it for rocky XC riding though.

i dont have any flat spots except for 1 small one in my front rim. the backs are perfectly fine. and ive jumped pretty big, big enough to break the frame:(

i agree with rico. rtc levers are a great product.

i would check with maxxis razrs. i really like them.. the past year ive gone thru 1 set of holeshots, 3 kenda claws and one set of razr's. the razrs really grip.

but the problem with razrs is yhey are a lot more expensive than the klaws.

i have seen people brake frames on 35 ft doubles because they case the jump.

i wouldnt reccomend the 10's for mx. i have a set of 10" rims that are basically squashed. I only use them for tt/mx style tracks, which only about once a year for me.
