[sprtrx300ex]

Is it normal to have a spacer ring under the SSD spring, that can move around freely up and down the shock body? Every time I jump i hear it get smaked down into place when I land.
It looks as though it is to prevent the SSD spring from "over compressing."

Usually on the other elkas its just the spring crossover ring, where 1 end is larger than the other. My crossover rings are the same lenth on each side. Whats the deal.

lol...no i can't help you there?is that shock for a 300ex?what is that dual rate or triple rate as well?
