I have had my 450r for about 2 months now, and i think its time to start working on it. I was wondering what is the best exaust for it. I have heard a lot of good things about TC racing. Plus my fav rider, Jason Dunkelberger, has a TC pipe. I have already had a yoshimura full system and i was pretty happy with the overall performance with the 400ex. Right now i am leaning toward TCs pipe. Also i hear that the sparks pipes are to loud and they fall apart, so i am not considering them....thanx in advance

I dont have my 450R yet, but when i do im going with ESR. I used all there stiff on my 250R and i lover the way it performs and the way it looks. IMO ESR makes some of the best motor/exhaust stuff in the industry:D

hmf.

some guy wasted all done up yfz's and stuff on a basically stock trx450r with a hmf exhaust, plus the hmf sounds awesome on the trx450r.

and i know it is all up to the rider, but hmf looked like it gave the 450r some power.

A TC pipe is a high rev pipe, and it's much louder than sparks.

lol, ok thanx guys....but now i narrowed it down to 3 possible brands. ESR, Yoshimura, or hmf. I am now leaning towards hmf.

I REALLY WANT AN EXHAUST TOO BUT LOUDNESS IS AN ISSUE WHERE I RIDE, BASICALLY ALL OF MICHIGAN AND SILVER LAKE SAND DUNES IS STRICT ALSO. I WAS THINKING OF A YOSHIMIRA OR ESR BUT IS THE ESR REALLY LOUD AND/OR DOES IT HAVE A QUIET CORE?? STUPID SOUND LAWS FOR GRANDMAS!!!!! LOL

I am stuck on HMF or Sparks. I am really leaning towards HMF though. I am impressed with all the bottom end torque they claim.

I'm leaning toward a sparks system. The quiet system they claim will be out at the end of April. They're shooting for 96 decibels and have a screentype spark-arrestor.
