my borther was playing basket ball and some one stepped on his ankel when he went up on his toes
all the muscles are torn and he is off the the hosiptal for swelling inside a vein

Sorry to hear that. Years ago I wa playing b-ball, planted my foot and turned, heard a loud pop in my ankle and down I went. Just a bad sprain, but I decided b-ball wasn't for me, got in to quad racing instead... :o :p yes, I've broken a few bones, but it's soo much more fun! :macho
