AC product

I recieved my full chasis skid plate 3 weeks ago, and the box was open and the hardware to mount it was gone. So I called them a bunch of times and they never answered so I left a message and E-mail. They never called back, I am so pis*ed cause today i hit a rock and and put a huge dent on the bottom of the frame. I just wanted to give you guys some feed back on the way they handle buisness. I am never ordering anything from them again.

that sucks man....I have always had good luck with my AC products, sorry to hear things didn't go over to well with you. Keep calling them and hopfuly you can get a hold of them.

I don't think it's AC's fault that UPS beat's the hell out of boxes and they open. I'm sure AC will send you new hardware if you ever get ahold of them.

Same exact thing happened to me with my propegs. I bought them off ebay from motoman.

I know it was UPS's fault, but trying to get ahold of AC is friggin rediculas. Today my dad called and he actually talked to them after a hundred calls, and i'm getting the hardware.

good to hear that...it prolly opened up in the UPS truck and your hardware is laying in one of them
