400EX stock pipe on 300EX

Hey I was wondering if I could but a 400ex pipe on my 300ex? Would it fit perfectly first of all? Second would it do anything to the engine like weakin it or make it louder or make it more powerful? Please help me out!

you cant put a 400 pipe on a 300. have you ever seen a 400 pipe. there are two that go into one. on a 300 it is just one. you might be able to put the silencer on though, if you make brackets for it or something.

yeah i know i cant put the headers on mine im just asking about the scilencer. please let me know!!

Find a friend with a 400, measure the diameter of the inlet pipe (might be the same as an aftermarket 300 header, but definitely bigger than a stock 300 head pipe) and measure the length. The length you can adjust for a little by shortening the head pipe if you have to, but I really doubt it's going to be a bolt on, and more than likely will require some welding and fabrication.

awesome but what will it do mor my engine? mess it up? louder? more powerful?
