need some help setting up my suspension

i have an 04' 450r. i love it. but i dont know if the suspension is set up for the type of riding i do. or how much i weigh. i was wondering if anyone can help me in setting it up. i do motocross, i jump alot, and i weigh about 140 lbs. if anyone could help me that would be great. Thanx
