do you recommend the +2 houser long travel with axis shocks, i have my dual rate dual adj axis shocks but i need to narrow my fornt end, im running +3 a-arms, they work great, but i want a better set and the +3 houser are for 19 inch shocks, let me know

Mooc,,,I'd call Houser racing and tell them exactly what shocks you have,,dual-rate, length, etc,,and see what he suggests,,If I was you I'd go with the long travel,,if your shocks are setup for that,,if not go with the standard +2 arms. I think your best bet is to call the guy makin the arms,,he knows for sure what you need.

Houser or Laeger. For Laeger go to www.baldwinmotorsports.com Both Brands build very good A-Arms.

I GOT A SET OF +2 LONG TRAVEL A-ARMS, I NARROWED MY FRONT A LITTLE, IT WAS TOO WIDE, THEY A-ARMS ARE BLACK SILVER VEIN, HEY RICO WHAT COLOR IS THAT OR DO YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN SEE THAT COLOR, THE LONG TRAVEL ARE COOL BECAUSE OF THE BALL JOINTS, THEY USE THE SAME TECH AS ROLL DESIGN

Dave400ex

I think the Black Silver Vein will look a lot like the Lonestar`s.

NO FOR REALS, I THOUGHT THEY WERE MOSTLY BLACK, DANG, THAT SUCKS, I HOPE YOUR WRONG

I think they are like Rico said. Black and you can see Gray specs in the Black.

Dave400ex

A Lobo 2 Front End? Now that would be really Sweet. I think the Wait to get one of those is a Long Time. That will be Cool if you do get a Lobo.

Well, get what you Really Want the First Time. MOOCAZEN, if you haven`t used the A-Arms couldn`t you Send them Back? Do your Friends have 250R`s? Laeger doesn`t make a T-Pin Front End for the 400EX, Yet. If he did that would be the Best Setup. Then you could get some PEP ZPS Fronts. In the New ATV Action it says Laeger makes a Frame for the 400EX. I find that Hard to Believe. I might have to Call Laeger and ask some time. You will Wait a Long Time for a Lobo Front End, but it would be well Worth It.

I KNOW, IT SUX THAT EVRYTHING IS SO DAM EXPENSIVE AND THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT

Dave400ex

I hear you There. If you Pay $2500 for a Lobo Front End you don`t want to Wait 6 Months for it. Same with the Engine Builders. Sparks is Backed Up until Nov. That is Crazy. This means one thing though, The Sport of Quad Riding is getting Bigger.

There is a Guy where I live Building a Duncan 440EX. Duncan told him Three Weeks. You don`t have to Send the whole Motor to Duncan, just some of the Parts. That`s what He did. I think the Parts should be Back this Coming Week. I want to see that Thing Run. Duncan is Top Notch.

HAS ANYONE SEEN THE HOUSE +2 LONG TRAVEL A-ARMS, THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE ONES ON THE NET, THEY DONT HAVE THE HOLE ON THE BOTTOM, LIKE THE PROTRAX, THEY ARE LIKE THE NORMAL ONES WITH A BEND ON THE REAR BAR AND REINFORCED, I KNOW THEY ARE THE L TRAVEL ONES BECAUSE OF THE BALL JOINTS, BUT I THOUGHT THEY WOULD LOOK IDENTICAL TO THE ONES ON THE NET, SOME PLEASE REPLY

Dave400ex

Did you get the 16 Inch or 19 Inch Long Travel A-Arms?

MOOCAZEN
03-18-2002, 05:14 PM
16 INCH

Dave400ex
03-18-2002, 07:16 PM
I think that may be why. The 19 Inch Arms are Better. I think they have the Extra Stuff on them. Call Houser and ask them about the Two.
