rear shock help

help, i run stock swinger and stock rear shock. give me a close idea as to where to set my comp and rebound for xc racing. thanks, any help appreciated

For XC racing, you're gonna want it soft. I'd try 1 1/2 turns out on the compression and see how that works. It all depends on how much you weigh and how hard you ride.
