what are good cams?

i've heard good and bad things about hotcams.Are they good or are they bad?but idk if they make one for the 300.How bout white brothers?same thing they good/bad?any other cams for the 300 to?

Run the piss outa mine ...no trouble yet, I heard they had trouble a while back but they seem to have got it fixed.mine work's good on my 416...plus no core charge:D

They are all good cams. just find the one that works for you. ;)

I ran hot cams(2) in my z400 and liked them. I had a white bros. in a 400ex and it worked out OK. I think I'm going to try a sparks on the 450r. I have heard the TC cam is the best for the 300ex.

I dont think they do make hot cams for 300's. Me and my 2 friends have all been running web cams for years now with no problems.

Hot cam does not make a cam for the 300ex. The web cams are pretty good but you need the hardened rockers.:(

I e-mailed HotCams directly about the 300 cams. I didn't know they were the same company as Pivot Works... anyway, the guy said they had no intention (right now) of making one, mainly because of all the other high performance quads that they are having to spend engineering time on.

Its really something.... you can hardly find anything for 300's now... the new pipes coming out, about half are for 300's, the same goes for the nice graphics kits.... and still, the 300 just beat out all the other entry level quads in the recent DirtWheels shootout! :rolleyes:

NOPE got a WEB cam w/ hardened rockers Hot cams doesn't make them for the 300 as C&D said ;)

Yeah I was thinkin the same thing but ya know they are awesome quads, I've kinda been thinkin about a new pipe set up for mine, my Megamax has a leak in it :grr: where it welds to the canister it's coming apart jsut like the WB did on our 400????? Guess we'll probably just have to take & weld them both for now I really like the FMF though.
