well, it has come time that the 250x is getting too broing for me, i dont really have the money to update to a bigger quad, so im thinking of doing some minor engine work, what do u guys suggest i do? ( i can petty much do anything myself, except for Boreing)

head work, cam, high compression piston, exhaust, carb work... thats about all you can do other than boring it out bigger.

i was also thinking of the 350x conversion, anyone know how difficult this is? anyone selling a 350x motor?

Porting the head is an awsome mod and well worth the $
You may want to shy away from high compression mods, When you have to buy Fass Gass or Elf gas at $35.00 for 5 gallons. Riding gets exspensive!! I've learned this the hard way. also it is hard to get, think about making a last minute desission to go riding on a sunday But your out of gas and there is no place open to buy race gas! Thats just my 2 cents because I've been there

The more money you throw at it the more pissed off you will get. Just save your money & get a 400. If you are patient you can get a good stocker for $2200-$2800.
