Wow what a race :) I am not use to the rough stuff we don't have that terrain in Nebraska. Needles to say I am pretty sore once again, Colby has some bumps and bruises :( Thats 2 races in a row he better stop otherwise I might get into trouble for spouse abuse

I finished 22nd in the C class and I think 89th overall. I was shot after the 3rd lap hoping the race was over my thumb was hurting so bad and I still had 2 laps left :cuss:
Sorry if I was in your guys way. When I thought I was in someones way I would look back and now one was their.

I think Colby finished 17th in the B class and 70 somthing overall. Not sure if he is a member or not but thanks for helping him turn his cannondale back over after he went over the bars.

It was nice to meet more members off the site, thanks for stopping by and saying hi.

I have a few pictures that I will post

That was a rough race, i broke a front shock spring .5 laps into the race that made riding pretty difficult. That resulted in a jacked up thumb and me getting 33 out of 37 4 stroke c riders. By the way, C&D, how much would a lower shock spring from a works front shock cost me?

It was a great race!! At least 1 Colby raced the B class with me. Colby P. got skeered and went back to signup and switched to C class. I ended up 13th in the B which prolly isn't bad for an out of shape 38 year old man.

Yep the Fox thought he would have a better chance of holeshoting if he let his Quad ride him to the first corner.

I had a blast! Carl thanks for the help with the tire change, my hands hurt so much I think it would have taken me 10 minutes to do it myself. Aside from the tire, I didn't break anything. I hope they put the scores up soon. Too everyone in the B class, sorry if I slowed you down too much, I think I got 16th, but not too sure. I hope there will be more pictures up here soon, there were cameras everywhere. Until the next race, be fast and don't hit the trees.

I hope to go to all the rounds this year. The only thing that will stop me is work or a broken quad. I like how well this series is run, thanks to everyone involved. I am planning on staying in the B class, as I finished better than I hoped, even running one lap with a flat rear. Now if I can only get rid of the first lap arm pump, any thoughts?

The count that was given to me was 14-AA, 20-A, 5 2-st, 32 4st-B, 37 4st-C, 4 stock, 10 2-3-4, 15 senior, and 18 beg. Maybe at the next race more riders will move over to the stock class to get away from the large crowd. How far did the promoter give back in the B & C class just for info. See you at the next race or at LL's next week.

I think I'm just about ready for a 4x4 to ride around and take pics myself. When I pulled my gloves off after the race iI had blisters that had already pop and started bleeding. I guess I'll never see the A class.

I was lined up to your left at the start of the race in C class on the white yfz and got caught up in all that mess at the beginning went over the handlebars knocked the wind out of me and then had to play catch up but flipped again in the woods messing my thumb throttle up causing a 5 min pit that Crrl fixed for me.. It was a rough race but had fun.

Do you remember when I first met you and I said I'd never be an xc rider because my 400ex was worth to much to me to ever ride that way..... And how many races have I missed since then?

So don't give me that crap... Didn't you see Johnny G's post about his dad. :D

My rear tire was sitting on top of a yellow 400ex's rear tire after the dust cleared. I hit the gas and was gone. Not sure if it messed up his fenders or not.
