400 To 450 Swing Arm?

i know it's been on here before .but could someone tell me exactly what has to be done to put a 400ex aftermarket swing arm on a 450r.

because i already have a swing arm that is chromemoly and it's 1.25" over stock .and i think it will make it handle better. plus i've had bad dealins w/cast alum
