with such a delay, you will have to either "pan" (follow the quad with the camera and dont stop following until the picture is taken) or try and time the quad to match the delay.

try and get closer and fill the veiwfinder with the subject. too many people take a picture from so far away it could be monkeyboy on a powerwheels instead of Gust on a pimp ride.

keep the sun at your back unless you know how to adjust the exposure to keep the picture from washing out

dont be afraid to shoot at different angles

hold still, i think chads probl;ems was that he drank way to many soda's and all his pics turned out like a japanese fisherman shooting godzilla:eek:
