Pro Armor Quad of the Month - July 2009
Jacob was 5 years old
when we bought his new L/C 50cc DRR in June
of '08 from Gary Fallon (bulldogfallon)
at G-Force Powersports. At the time of purchase,
we also ordered the XFR nerf bars, Mod Quad
anti-vibe stem and Gibson steering stabilizer.
Before assembly, I had the nerf bars and
bumper powder coated gloss black. Shortly
after, we ordered the RPM Dominator II axle
and DRR black pro aluminum wheels. The ZTR
quick change sprocket and lock nut were
also added. As his racing progressed, his
jumps got higher and farther so we installed
the Flexx handlebars to help cushion the
landings. He was continuously bottoming
out so we had to install a better suspension.
We went with long travel Fox Floats up front
and Fox Podium-X in the rear. To compliment
the shocks, we installed DC Motorsports
long travel a-arms and long travel swingarm
from Dave Carter (dcarter) along with the
ZTR chain tensioner. I'd like to thank Gary
Fallon for his help and great customer service
along with Dave Carter for everything he's
