What type of physical training do you do?
I train for 40 minutes to an hour everyday on my quad, bicycle,
or jogging
Do you race in a Local Series? If so, tells us
about it?
Yes, I run CRA (Competition Riders of America) races. They
run about 40-50 races a year at quite a few different tracks
around our area.
How often do you Practice & Where?
During the summer I practice 3-4 times a week either racing
or riding at a local MX Track. Winter time I try to ride
and race anywhere at least once a week.
Do you practice with anyone?
Yes, my dad Lazarus and occasionally Johnny Gallagher
Why do you race in the GNCC Series?
I love racing and GNCC Series is the premiere XC racing
series.
Which race in 2004 would you like to forget?
“The Spartan” because I went into the woods
first and lost my clutch at about the 3 mile marker, and
I didn't finish the race.
What was the most important thing you learned this
from racing?
Never give up
Are there any locations you wish were added or
removed from the GNCC Series? I'm glad Palatka
is gone and New York was added, sorry to see Virginia and
Rausch Creek taken out
Any other changes you would like to see in the
GNCC Series?
3 hour long race for the Afternoon.

How many people do you have in your pit crew &
names?
Two People, MaryAnn(Mom) and Lazarus(Dad)
Would you consider racing some GNC races if they
weren’t the same weekend most of the year?
Yes, I am planning on running one or two this year if possible.
