Built upon the Polaris Sportsman ATV platform, the Polaris Sportsman ACE measures just two inches longer than the Polaris Sportsman Touring at 90 inches and it is designed to be trail legal at 48 inches. The Polaris Sportsman ACE is also small enough to fit in the back of a pickup truck, thus eliminating the need of purchasing a trailer to haul the machine with.

The
2014 Polaris Sportsman ACE is a home
in the woods with a narrow width of
48" |
At 48 inches in width, the Polaris Sportsman ACE is legal on almost all U.S. Forestry ATV trails. After just a few minutes driving the Polaris Sportsman ACE it is easy to see that this machine is at home in the woods. Its tight turning radius and narrow width would make it a great vehicle for exploring trails of the Mid West or the Eastern United States.
The 5.25 gallon gas tank paired with a fuel efficient EFI engine, make the Polaris Sportsman ACE ideal for long trail rides and its comfortable design will keep you from feeling tired at the end of the day.

A 5.25 gallon gas tank that can keep you on the trail all day without refueling |
Although the Polaris Sportsman ACE doesn’t come with electronic power steering, we feel with its narrow width and lightweight design, the machine does not need it. After a full day of riding, we never felt any kind of arm fatigue from the steering wheel. The steering is precise and predictable without any feedback or vibration felt through the steering column.

The Carlisle tires work well in any terrain
|
The Carlisle tires hook up in a variety of terrain and provide enough traction where you need it. If you want however, it easy to break the back end loose and break side the Polaris Sportsman ACE much like you would on an ATV with the stock tires.
The Polaris Sportsman ACE features a parking brake in the transmission and comes with 4-Wheel Hydraulic Disc with Dual-Bore Front Calipers. The hydraulic disk brakes provide excellent stopping power and we never experienced any brake fading while driving.
