Greeneville, TN - CanAm has taken the dominating
Renegade 800, the groundbreaking new DS450 EFI, and
the all-new DS90 mini quad to yet another level with
the release of the X-Model lineup. The X-Models are
upgraded with many of the necessary race modifications
that most riders make to their new quads immediately
after buying them. The X-Model philosophy is a proven
winner from BRP's snowmobile line with the Summit X
package snowmobiles lineup, and the option helps the
true enthusiast save money on performance enhancements
to their machine.

The Renegade 800 H.O. EFI X and DS 450 EFI X both
are fitted with KYB HPG fully adjustable shocks with
high and low speed compression adjustments. The oversize
aluminum handlebars, aluminum skidplates, and black
aluminum reinforced wheels add durability while cutting
down on weight. The DS 450 is fitted with an aluminum
front bumper, nerf bars, and a quick adjust clutch
perch. With these upgrades from the standard version,
they are race ready right off the show-room floor

CanAm has jumped head first into the ever-growing mini
race quad market with the all-new DS 90 X, a direct
alternative to buying a TRX90 and spending thousands
of dollars to make it competitive. The double a-arm
front suspension in conjunction with the KYB HPG piggyback
shocks creates 7 inches of travel, while the HPG rear
shock setup yields a full 9 inches. Hydraulic disc brakes,
netted nerf bars, and kickup footpegs help the handling
of the machine. Black wheels and plastic, bold graphics
and stylish seat cover complete the aggressive look
of the quad.
