celebrate a career 1st WORCS win for the
2010 AMA Pro ATV MX Champion
|
Primm, NV - Round number two of
the 2011 WORCS series saw Bomb Squad Racing's Josh
Creamer take his first career WORCS win and was
joined on the podium by Can-Am/Motoworks’
Jeremie Warnia in second and Josh Frederick in third.
Round 2 of the WORCS Series combined both motorycles
and ATVs together for one weekend of racing, but
they each raced on their own track, which made
for a huge crowd of racers and spectators at the
Buffalo Bill’s Casino in Primm, Nevada.
Unfortunately, the weather for the weekend was
less than ideal with snow and rain showers moving
in on Saturday along with high winds and well
below average temperatures, which kept everyone
bundled up from the elements, but despite the
bad weather, the track held up great and the rain
showers were an added bonus to help with dust.

After
two days of mixed weather conditions, the
sun finally came out on Sunday for the Pro
ATV main event, but the high winds and chilly
temperatures remained |
Josh Creamer got off to a great start, grabbing
the holeshot, but he fell back to second just
before the pit area at the end of the first lap.

Bomb
Squad Racing's #270 once again grabbed the

closely by Jarrod McClure & Jeremie

Josh
Creamer regained the lead in lap 7 with
the pass on Jeremie Warnia |
“I was coming into the hot pit area and I
guess I was coming in a little too hot and couldn't
stop in time. Hay bales were flying all over the
place, but I was lucky and jumped off before my
quad hit them and flipped. Before that point I
had an eleven second lead, but Warnia got by me
just as I was getting back on the quad,”
stated Creamer. Creamer seemed to be pacing himself
and was waiting for an opportunity to get by the
French racer and take the lead. Creamer’s
strategy paid off as Warnia had to stop to pit
in lap six, which allowed Creamer to take over
the lead and pull away to his first WORCS victory.
