Wschowa,
Poland - Paul Holmes takes first
European Motocross Overall of the Year. With round
#3 being dominated by rain, it was sunshine that
prevailed during round #4. Two days of high temperatures
demanded the most of the Pro-Am racers
It was UK’s Paul Holmes (KTM-Holmes Racing)
that got the overall, after three exciting races.
Second place came to Romain Couprie (Yamaha-Audemar),
and Jan Vlaeymans (W-tec-Planet Quad) rounded
out the podium.

ATV Racing Podium - Overall
Romain Couprie (2nd), Paul Holmes (1st),
Jan Vlaeymans (3rd) |
Round #4 was hosted on the race track in Wschowa,
Poland. With the European Championship Quads coming
for the first time to the track and the country
still suffering from the floods. Racers were not
sure what to expect, but after the first practice,
it became clear that the track had two parts with
one part sand and deep ruts, the other with hard
packed soil. Also, the sidecar racing turned the
track into a harsh battlefield, which took a toll
on the ATV racers and quads.
