NEATV-MX - New England ATV Motocross Series

NEATV-MX Racing ATV Motocross Race Report
::Continued::

Paolella kept on the gas aboard his Polaris and was able to finish the moto in second place behind Moore despite having a lot of pressure from the rear with Hickson wanting to take back over the second place spot. This finish combined with his fifth place finish in the first moto was good enough for a third place spot on the Pro podium.

JT Glynn Home Improvement / DASA / 834 Motorsport’s Jon Glynn went 4-4 on the day in the Pro class to beat out Can-Am’s Mike Troiano for fourth place with Troiano rounding out the Pro top five.

NEATV-MX Pro-Am Class

The Pro-Am motos were next up on the line and with one less rider than the Pro class, it was sure to still be a steamer of a race to watch!

FMF / Scott Goggles / Wide Open Racing’s Travis Moore was a man on a mission today after coming off his overall win in the Pro class. Moore came out swinging in the Pro-Am class as well taking the holeshot in moto one and running away with the lead early on. Moore soon came under fire from Honda 450R racer PEP / Walsh’s Jon Glynn who was riding in second place. Moore was able to hold off Glynn for the remainder of the six laps and take the checkered flag by a few bike lengths.

Walsh / Elka / Spider Graphix’ Travis Moore only had one more moto for the day and he made it another big one, stealing the second Pro-Am moto holeshot and leading the entire race into victory lane. Moore had the inside line and enough drive to sneak inside once more for the day and was able to remain in first place once again for the entire length of the moto. With Moore’s 1-1 finish in the Pro-Am class as well, he was also able to take over the points lead heading into the sixth round with both the Pro-A and Pro class points leads in his grasp.

“This weekend was huge for me and my points leads and I’m super happy walking away with both of them being mine. We’ve been training so hard and with me staying up North completely and not having to run back and forth all the time this has helped me out a bunch and I’m really looking forward to the next round at Capeway,” said Moore.
